FAQ

employee engagement through pinball? really?

Yes, really. Free-Play Pinball is the perfect way to get up from your desk and spend 5 minutes in a quick game in-between intense work sessions or meetings...with no quarters needed! The multiplayer experience can foster a great sense of healthy competition. Pinball is something that appeals to everyone at all levels of the organization, CEOs included…and it’s not something you can do from your desk!

Put a few pinball machines in your office and watch as new friendships form, people actually take the breaks that they should be taking, and team members have more fun with one another.

OK, how does it work?

It couldn’t be simpler. We meet with you to pick the machines and the locations...and then we handle everything else. Delivery, setup, maintenance, rotating machines, even working with your communications teams to publicize this awesome new perk. We can also coordinate fun employee events centered around the machines, like tournaments!

I’m interested. how does the pricing work?

The pricing is simple too: the machines are set to play for free (without quarters)…you lease a machine for a simple monthly cost and let your teams play whenever they need a break. Discounts are available for multi-machine leases, multi-year leases, and up-front prepayment. Reach out to us for a proposal specific to your buildings, employees, and setup.

I’m worried about disrupting employees at work with noise. what do you think about that?

A few things here. First, all modern pinball machines have volume controls, and we can tailor the noise to your environment or set them up for a specific event. Second, we will work with you to place the machines in the best location that combines accessibility and engagement while minimizing the potential for disruption. If your building has a cafeteria, a ping pong table, a Foosball table, or a break room, we can make it work!

Are pinball machines big? will i have room?

Actually - pinball machines are pretty compact, and they’re all the same size. Surprisingly, pinballs have had the same dimensions since the 1960s! And, unlike ping pong tables, billiards, Foosball, and similar table games, pinball machines create a multi-player experience without requiring a large footprint around the machine - you can place them up against a wall or in a corner. You’d be surprised how little space they take up!
